EH Therapy Clinic specialises in trauma-informed counselling and psychotherapy for adults and young people. Using an integrative, client-centred approach, we are committed to supporting individuals in building resilience, fostering emotional growth, and enhancing overall wellbeing.

Our work focuses on supporting individuals through life transitions, as well as addressing the impact of trauma, anxiety, and depression with sensitivity and care.

About the Therapist

I am a fully qualified Psychological Therapist, a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and a full member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). I am deeply committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges and helping them reconnect with their inner strength, clarity, and resilience. My dedication to mental health extends beyond my professional role—it is a core value that shapes my approach to working with others. I am passionate about reducing the stigma often associated with seeking support and believe that therapy should be accessible, respectful, and empowering for everyone. I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can pause, reflect, and explore your thoughts and emotions openly. Therapy provides an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, make sense of your experiences, and begin to navigate challenges with greater awareness and confidence. My role is to work alongside you in a collaborative and supportive way, helping you build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and move towards meaningful and lasting change. I recognise that reaching out for support can feel daunting, and I am committed to ensuring that each individual is met with empathy, understanding, and professional care throughout their therapeutic journey. At the heart of my practice is the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and that with the right support, it is possible to lead a more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic life.
