Short Biography

I am an Accredited Psychological Therapist with over eleven years of experience providing trauma-informed therapy to adults, young people, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. My work has primarily focused on supporting refugees, asylum seekers, and individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, loss, and significant life transitions.

I offer a warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive therapeutic space where clients can explore their experiences safely and without judgement. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on relational, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches to support emotional understanding, regulation, and resilience.

I offer therapy in both English and Farsi (Persian). Working bilingually allows clients to express themselves in the language that feels most natural and emotionally comfortable. I work online and aim to provide a supportive and respectful environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
