Clinical Supervision

At E H Therapy Clinic, we offer clinical supervision in a supportive, reflective and professional space for counsellors, trainee therapists, BACP members and practitioners working in emotionally demanding roles.

With over 12 years of experience in mental health, trauma-informed work, refugee mental health and complex trauma, we provide supervision that is ethical, integrative, culturally sensitive and grounded in real clinical experience.

Our aim is to support practitioners to feel more confident, empowered and hopeful in their work, while maintaining safe and compassionate practice.

Supervision for Counsellors

We provide supervision for qualified counsellors, therapists and BACP members who want a safe, thoughtful and professionally grounded space to reflect on their practice.

Sessions may include discussion around client work, complex trauma, refugee and asylum-related distress, risk, safeguarding, ethical dilemmas, boundaries, cultural sensitivity, stigma and the emotional impact of therapeutic work.

Our supervision approach is integrative and collaborative, supporting counsellors to reflect deeply, develop professionally, and feel more confident in their clinical decision-making.

Supervision for Trainee Therapists

We offer supportive supervision for trainee counsellors and therapists as they develop their confidence, skills and professional identity. This may be helpful for trainees working towards qualification, placement hours or BACP membership requirements.

Supervision can support trainees with client work reflection, ethical responsibilities, risk and safeguarding, boundaries, record keeping, trauma-informed practice, cultural sensitivity and professional development.

We aim to create a warm, hopeful and empowering space where trainees can ask questions, reflect honestly, learn safely and grow in confidence.

Group Supervision

Group supervision offers counsellors, trainee therapists, BACP members and practitioners the opportunity to reflect, learn and grow alongside others in a safe, respectful and professionally held space.

Group supervision can support shared learning, peer reflection, ethical awareness, professional development and discussion of themes such as complex trauma, refugee mental health, stigma, culture, identity, boundaries, risk, safeguarding and practitioner self-care.

The aim is to create a supportive group space where practitioners feel less isolated, more empowered and more hopeful in their work.
