I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), committed to providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
With experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including refugees and those who have experienced trauma, I bring a compassionate, culturally sensitive approach to my practice. I understand that seeking support can feel challenging, and I aim to create a warm and trusting environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
I offer both online and remote counselling, giving you the flexibility to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space, wherever you are in the UK or internationally.
I am able to offer counselling in multiple languages, including English, Pashto, Dari, and Urdu, allowing clients to express themselves more comfortably in the language they feel most at ease with.
